We evaluate this through comprehensive hormone testing, including not just estrogen and progesterone levels but also markers of estrogen metabolism (2-OH vs. 16-OH estrone ratios), liver detoxification capacity, and gut function, which plays a meaningful role in how the body clears used hormones. Nutritional factors including iodine status, DIM, and omega-3 fatty acids are also assessed where relevant.

While we are not a replacement for standard breast cancer screening, we support you in following appropriate guidelines for your age and risk profile.
